My love for Bodybuilding

I have been lifting weights since I was 16 years old off and on, but mostly in the last 4 years I have been going 5 times a week. I take 2 weeks off every 3 months to rest my body and eat a lot of food. This is the time that I make the biggest strength gains as well. I can often see a 10% increase in strength after these break periods.

I’m not the type of guy to over take supplements or use steroids however, I mainly lift weights for how the movement makes me feel in the moment, and that gives me a good body. I lift weights for other reasons then the average bodybuilder. Stress relief, motivation, challenge myself to become better. I will say that I use a few select supplements, that I would like to recommend below. You can check out my favorite bodybuilding shake as well.

I was fortunate enough to meet a Natural Bodybuilding Champion by the name of Derrick Brown, picture below. I met him at the FAME Bodybuilding Championships in North Vancouver, he was a judge for the Bodybuilding and Fitness event.

I will be going to the Mr. Olympia Championships this year to watch a good friend of mine by the name of Amit Sapir compete. Should be a very motivating and rewarding week as it is in Vegas, so we can also hit the pool and go shopping!
